Planning Policy Divisional Manager
We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious candidate to lead the Planning Policy Division in the preparation, delivery and implementation of our Local Plan and other planning policy documents.
The post holder will possess strong leadership qualities and be able to drive the Local Plan Review to help shape the future sustainable growth of this economically buoyant and environmentally sensitive area.
You will have substantial experience of local, neighbourhood and infrastructure planning and following completion of the Preferred Approach consultation earlier this year, you will be ready to lead the Council to the next stage of plan preparation.
You should have at least five years relevant planning experience, be a member of the RTPI and have a relevant degree.

Salary includes: £58,050 to £62,867 per annum, plus £6,000 per annum Premia Payment Plus competitive relocation package and mortgage subsidy (subject to qualifying criteria) and City centre parking season ticket.
