My client is a highly motivated young company who bring together their experience from some of the country's leading national planning consultancies. Each of their staff has been individually selected for their outstanding capability and experience in their field. They are searching for a talented and ambitious Senior Town Planner to join their expert team of planners, who will be able to land of their feet and make sure the job is done effectively and efficiently. As the successful Senior Town Planner, you will be undertaking the following duties:
- Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
- Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
- Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
- Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude with the drive to meet client expectations and promote the business through the use of marketing and networking skills.
