Town Planner | Nr Birmingham | Part Time/Flexible Working
Are you an experienced Town Planner who is on the lookout for a new challenge within the West Midlands region that offers part time, flexible working?
If so, this may be the opportunity for you!
Our client are an established and busy planning consultancy who are on the lookout for an experienced Town Planner to join their expanding team on a part time basis. This successful planning practice offer expert planning and development advice to a range of clients across a number of residential, commercial, mixed use and industrial planning projects.
The Role will involve:
*Preparing detailed planning applications and design and access statements
*Attending site visits and assessing sites for development suitability
*Remaining aware of UK planning policies and procedures
*Presenting at Public Examinations and Inquiries
*Negotiating with Local Authorities and government bodies
*Taking a proactive approach to offering expert planning solutions to a range of both existing and new clients within the region
In order to apply for the role, you must:
*Hold an RTPI Accredited degree, alongside an MSc in a relevant planning qualification
*Be a confident, charismatic individual with a passion for providing innovative planning applications across the region
