A privately owned national planning consultancy looks to add to their experienced team with the addition of an Assistant Planner/Planner and a Senior Planner. In this capacity, you will become an integral part of a collaborative growing team with a strong focus on large-scale residential, mixed-use and commercial projects across the North West; it is worth noting that my client has recently secured a number of new instructions with one of the UK' leading construction and property developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, submitting and monitoring of planning applications
• Undertaking research and formulating reports
• Writing appeal statements and planning appraisals
• Liaising with clients (public and private sector)
• Attend public meetings and site visits

The ideal Assistant Planner/Planner and Senior Planner must have a post-graduate RTPI accredited degree and will either be on the APC pathway or have relevant Town Planning experience within a consultancy or local authority.
