Penguin Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opening for an experienced Associate Director to join a leading Multi-Disciplinary on the South Coast.
Our client holds one of the most successful Planning teams in the country where they dominate a wide range of planning sectors which include Residential, Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Waste, Rural and Householder. They are looking to expand their team, and are pleased to announce an opening for an Associate Director for their flagship South Coast office.
The Associate Director will ideally have at least 10 years' experience working at Associate or Associate Director level. You will be experienced at leading projects mainly in the Residential/Mixed use sectors. The Associate Director will be able to work with clients, architects and multi-disciplinary teams from site assessment to application and appeal.
You will hold experience of at least giving evidence at appeal hearings and have sound and up to date legislation knowledge.
