Are you interested in working with a wide range of clients on Residential & Commercial developments of all sizes with a respected and established Consultancy near Portsmouth?



Our client has been offering Planning services for over 30 years and is well respected in the South Coast. Due to continued success, they are looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to work on both urban regeneration schemes and rural developments which extend throughout England, however, the core will be in the South.



Job requirements



-RTPI accredited degree and/or Masters

-MRTPI or within 6 months of submitting your log book

-Residential &/or Commercial Planning experience

-3-5 years experience (ideally including Private sector coming from consultancy or Developer/Housebuilder)

-Proven track record in planning policy
