Job Details
Vivid are currently working with a local authority based in the Home Counties to find a Neighbourhood Planning Officer to join their exciting Planning Policy team on an initial 6 month basis.
The role will be to deal with the Local Authority's Neighbourhood Plans, as well as helping with Local Plan work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of a similar role dealing with Neighbourhood Plans for a local authority
- Experience of Local Plans, although this is not essential
For the role the authority can pay fantastic rates of up to £33/hr, and the role has been deemed OUTSIDE IR35.
The authority are also willing to negotiate a very flexible working situation including homeworking and/or compressed hours.
