Head of Planning, Transport and Licensing

Osborne Richardson have a fantastic opportunity for an experience and dynamic Interim Head of Planning, Transport and Licensing to join a busy and dynamic Local Authority in North London and take responsibility for projects which will benefit the whole borough. Our client has a strong focus on delivering inclusive growth and regeneration to the benefit of all residents and local businesses and the borough is undergoing significant growth and change.

We are looking for strong leaders, who can think creatively, are not afraid of change and who can inspire those around them. You will have proven management experience of managing complex budgets and programmes and of working directly with residents, councillors and developers in an inner-city environment. Experience is also necessary of strategic planning at a senior level including planning legislation and policies.

You will be able to illustrate extensive project management capability including managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects. You will also have an extensive record of successful collaboration, liaison, influencing, negotiation and communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

The post is expected to last for up to 6 months and the rate offered will £650-£700/day umbrella. Please get in touch for further details.
