Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Due to continued growth, this respected firm of chartered planners and surveyors are looking to appoint a talented Planner to work out of their Exeter offices. The company offer expert planning, architectural, property sales and project management services for their clients within the residential, rural and agricultural sectors.

They are offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work with their own portfolio of clients, delivering cost effective solutions to planning issues and in time become a lead point of contact within the company.

Experience:

Ideally candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers. Applicants will ideally have consultancy or housebuilder experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
