Job Details
Our client is one of the longest running Planning and Design firms in the North Home Counties region. They work on a range of projects from health care to education to residential to commercial and mixed-use. They are looking for a Chartered Planner with experience gained in either the public or private sector to help put forward planning applications and deal with planning appeals.
The office works in an interdisciplinary manner and the planners dovetail with their design and architectural colleagues. Clients are shared across the business and you will be expected to manage our own clients and external business relationships.
They are offering an above averages salary and benefits and could hire two planners, due to their strong order book.
Candidates should have great communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.
