Chartered Town Planner - Planning Consultancy
London
£32,000 - £45,000
Our client offers a full list of Planning and Surveying services which include Land development, Land Economics, Planning Applications and Local & Neighbourhood Plans. Their primary focus is within the Residential and Rural markets although they have also delivered on Retail, Mixed Use and Commercial schemes.
The Town Planner will be responsible for leading on major projects and will be given the autonomy to work in a way that suits you. This will involve managing schemes from the initial site appraisal to securing full planning permission. The Town Planner will lead a small team of junior Planners with guidance provided from the Planning Partner.
The Town Planner will;
- Be intelligent, ambitious and a passion for Planning and the changing environment
- Hold full MRTPI membership
- Hold excellent project management skills and be able to multi-task under pressure
- Have previous experience working on Rural projects and ideally schemes in London and the South East
- Be confidently spoken, able to advise clients and speak up in difficult circumstances
In return, the Town Planner will be given a fantastic salary of up to £45,000 (dependent on experience). The company offer a range of benefits alongside the unique opportunity to work on both Planning and Surveying projects. Providing you hit your targets, the Town Planner will be given the chance to progress to Associate level and beyond.
