Senior Planner | Suffolk | Property Firm


Our client are an established independent property firm who are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join the team in Suffolk.

Specialising on a range of residential and commercial developments, this successful firm take the lead on a range of bespoke developments across the East Anglia region.


As a Senior Planner within the team, you will work across a variety of planning projects, to:

* Prepare planning applications and appeals

* Attend site appraisals and assess sites for development suitability

* Provide pre-application advice and guidance

* Offer strategic planning advice on development and residential schemes

* Draft Local Plan Representations

* Liaise with neighbourhood planning groups

* Negotiate with Local Authorities and government bodies



In order to apply for this role, you will:

Hold an RTPI Accredited Degree (or equivalent) and an MSc in a relevant planning discipline. You will also hold a range of development management and residential focused experience.
