Director - (Kent)

An innovative consultancy is now looking for someone at Associate Director or Director Level to join the fast growing business, working in a friendly team of planners.

The company

The company is an independent planning practice that specialises in finding creative planning solutions mainly in residential planning. 

Role specifics

• This role will involve you working with a wide range of clients, managing expectations and adhering to time limits.
• Maintaining a good understanding of policies relating to residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.
• Help motivate and manage the performance of others as well as facilitating the professional and personal development of staff.
• Some flexible/remote working options.

Role requirements

The organisation is looking for someone with at least 5 years of private sector experience, with knowledge of the South East, as well as landowners and LPA officers in Kent.

They also require someone capable of negotiating on large complex projects and taking on a project management role coordinating sub-consultants (current applications include major projects in Medway and Swale).

Remuneration

As a result of your dedication, you will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package in the region of £65k to £70k depending on experience – plus other benefits including profit share.
