Senior Land Manager - North Wales - Housebuilder

Do you have a background in Residential Land Acquisition?

Have you got an excellent portfolio of sourcing Residential developments?

Can you demonstrate your Geographical understanding of the Northwest.

We are recruiting a Senior Land Manager for an Independent Housebuilder based in North Wales.

The role:

You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying new residential development sites across North Wales and the Cheshire area. The role will see you manage an existing portfolio of development projects and assist in the delivery of new opportunities through efficient land acquisition.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in Town Planning or associated degree subject
• Excellent Geographical understanding of the North West
• Hold an excellent background in Land Acquisition in the residential sector
• Hold previous Land Management experience with a developer
