Are you an experienced Town Planner seeking new opportunities?
Do you hold over 3 year's Private sector experience?
Have you got both Residential and Mixed use development experience?
We are recruiting for a Strategic Planning Manager to join a large Land promoter in the office close to the Central Belt.
The role:
You will join the existing Town Planning team to support and take lead on strategic development projects across the Central Belt. Responsibilities will see you assist in the identification and promotion of development opportunities, preparation and submissions of planning applications, EIA's, manage budgets and evaluation of planning policy.
Requirements:
- MSc Town Planning or associated degree subject
- Over 3 years Private sector experience
- Residential and Mixed use development experience
- Experience within a developer or land promoter is preferable
The successful applicant will receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your relevant Town Planning experience. In addition you will be exposed to leading Residential and Mixed use developments.
