Associate Town Planner - Richborough
HA 8194
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on skills and experience)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Town Planner to join a growing independent planning consultancy in Kent. The successful Associate Town Planner will be heading up a growing team of talented planners, working to further develop the workload and deliver expert planning services to their clients.
Qualifications and experience:
- Chartered Member of the RTPI
- 10 years' experience within the planning industry, working within a consultancy or local authority
- Proven track record in project management and business development
- Previous team management experience
Duties:
- Taking up the role of project lead on a variety of projects across the South East of England
- Managing and mentoring junior members of the team
- Actively contribute to the further growth of the team and workload
- Building up a strong client portfolio
