Salary: £26,000 - £34,000

An established independent planning consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Town Planner to be based in their office in Manchester. Renowned across the UK for their stunning designs and meticulous attention to detail, this consultancy offer a working environment like no other. The Senior Town Planner will be expected to hold an MRTPI or equivalent qualification, at least 5 years' planning experience working within a private consultancy or local authority and a general knowledge and understanding of the city of Manchester and the surrounding area (not imperative).

The role will involve duties such as:

• Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
• Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
• Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
• Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude with the drive to meet client expectations and promote the business through the use of marketing and networking skills.
