Job role: Chartered Town Planner

Location: Dorset - Poole

We are working with an excellent consultancy for a Graduate Town Planner to join a team of planners in the Dorset area. My client offers all aspects of planning expertise right from the beginning of projects through till the end and is looking for a passionate graduate to join the team.

In order to be considered for this role we are looking for individuals to have completed a degree and MSC within town planning. Preferably the course completed will be an RTPI accredited course.

Ideally the successful candidate will have undertaken a work placement whilst completing their academic studies preferably in a private consultancy.

Your role will include the following:-

• Working on planning applications
• Providing planning advice to clients
• Dealing with appeals and negotiations
