Planning Officer require in Southampton.
Do you hold a Town Planning degree?
Have you got over 2 years of planning experience?
Can you demonstrate your technical understanding of the residential sector?
We are seeking a Planning Officer for a Housebuilder in Southampton.
Requirements & Role:
- Educated to degree level in Town Planning
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- MRTPI qualified or working towards this
- Experience of large scale residential developments
- Excellent understanding of planning policy and planning law
- Report to Planning Director
- Attend management meetings
The role will allow you to work on exciting residential developments across the Hampshire region and develop your understanding of the Town Planning sector. You shall receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your relevant experience.
