Penguin Recruitment are pleased to represent a highly successful Planning Consultancy with a strong national presence who are seeking a talented Senior Town Planner or Principal Town Planner to join their Cardiff offices.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Planning Consultant to join a friendly, personable and successful planning & development team with a rewarding and supportive work culture.

As a valued member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of several exciting development schemes both within South Wales and nationally, helping to shape and deliver new communities while simultaneously supporting and developing the firm's planning strategies and presence within the market.


The successful Senior or Principal Planner will be expected to hold:


* An RTPI Accredited Planning Qualification

* Excellent Interpersonal Skills

* Experience Drafting a range of both minor and major planning applications and appeals
