Our client, a UK leading independent planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to join their ever growing team in central London. The successful Senior Town Planner can expect to quickly take on a varied project workload, working on residential, commercial, mixed use, education, energy, leisure and retail developments.

Qualifications and Experience:

For this position applications are sought from candidates who have a relevant RTPI accredited degree, have achieved Chartered Planner status or are working towards this and have significant town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.

Duties:

Within the role the successful Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process as well as mentoring junior members of the team.
