Title: Town Planner
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 + Bonus + Bens
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a highly skilled Multi-Disciplinary consultancy who are seeking a Town Planner join their award winning company. With offices throughout the South West, they are seeking an ambitious an personable Town Planner to assist with a number of key projects throughout Bristol and beyond.
The duties will include:
- Promoting residential and mixed use developments ( Both brownfield and greenfield)
- Co-ordination of project teams and project management
- Conducting research and site appraisals on projects for our client base
- Preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications
- Assist in the development of new business through networking
It is essential that the candidate holds solid planning experience, in particular working within the residential sector. A committed attitude and a keen eye for detail are a must, you will have the proven ability to maintain and develop client relationships along with a full UK driving Licence.
To apply applicants will need to have a related degree or masters and be a RTPI member and have a minimum of 2 years' Town Planning or similar commercial experience. You must have a good understanding of the planning process and ideally have a full driving license.
