Have you the commitment, enthusiasm and energy? This is a high profile senior role leading a team handling a challenging caseload of major development projects in an area which is at the forefront of delivering national infrastructure projects.
Sedgemoor is a fast growing place with acute environmental challenges and the impact of the Hinkley Point C and Hinkley C Connection (National Grid) projects. We deal with a high volume and diverse caseload including major housing, employment, retail and complex regeneration proposals. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to be responsible for leading our major projects team, working closely with colleagues across the service. You will have excellent professional skills, a demonstrable track record, with exceptional organisational abilities. The culture is proactive, solutions orientated and performance orientated.

You must have substantial experience within a development management or consultancy roles and be committed to delivery and providing a quality service.
You must be a Chartered Town Planner (or eligible for membership of the RTPI).
