Senior Planner (w/ Central London Experience)

Are you an ambitious planner with an interest on working on some of the most exciting and high-budget planning projects in Central London?  

The Role:

My client is looking to take on a Senior Planner with planning experience in Central London, to work at their offices in the heart of the West End. You’ll be working predominantly on high-budget residential projects in prestigious locations. You will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, whilst liaising with clients throughout the process. The salary will be competitive, and based upon your previous experience in planning

About You:

As mentioned, you will ideally have a strong knowledge of the Central London planning system, as well as being a fully chartered member of the RTPI, although neither of these are an essential pre-requisite. You will be commercially-minded, confident and personable, allowing you to develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients. You will have strong time management skills, allowing you to submit applications on time.
