Are you seeking a new Town planning opportunity in Hampshire?
Are you MRTPI Qualified or working towards this?
Do you hold over 3 year's Private sector planning experience?
We are seeking a Town Planner / Senior Town Planner in Southampton to join a Housebuilder who is looking to expand their growing team.
You:
- You must hold an MSc Town Planning or associated degree subject
- Have over 3 years Planning experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience of liaising in Local Authorities
The role:
- Report to Planning Director
- Develop key working relationships
- Monitor local plan reviews
- Assist with planning applications
- Liaise with planning team and attend external meetings
You will join the existing Town Planning team and assist in the delivery of residential development projects across the Hampshire region. In response you'll shall receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your relevant experience.
