Title: Assistant Planning Consultant



Location: Southampton, Hampshire



Salary: £20,000 to £26,000 + Benefits



Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting one of the UK's leading planning consultancies who are actively seeking an RTPI accredited Town Planner who ideally has ideally up to 2 years' commercial experience to join their office in Southampton. Working on a number of key projects around the South Coast you will be given the opportunity to be office and field based with clients in both the Public and Private sector.



You will work on all aspects of the Planning process and be a key member on projects that are based around residential and commercial led schemes. You will also work closely with the Urban Design and Environmental teams making sure that all documents are in line with RTPI guidelines. In addition you will need to keep the client informed of changes and developments on the project which you will have part responsibility for.



To apply you will ideally have a degree and post graduate qualification in Town Planning. This will need to be RTPI accredited as the company will put you through your membership. Experience in either the Public or Private sector work would be considered.
