Job Details
One of my clients in Hertfordshire are looking for a Planning Projects Consultant to assist them for an initial contract of 6 months, with the likely potential for extension. My client can offer flexible working arrangements, the IR35 status of this role is undetermined. Pay rates are dependant on experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Project management
- Supervising more junior members of staff
- Working on the Community Infrastructure Levy
- Delivering town centre regeneration
- Coordinating master-planning projects
It would be beneficial if you had a degree with a background in Planning or Economic Development.
The Council can be flexible in terms of working arrangements and home working, offering a compressed week or 2 days a week from home. The IR35 status of this role is undetermined, and rates are dependant on experience.
