Planner to Senior Planner

Ready to make the step up to Senior Planner?

A rare opportunity has arisen to work for one of the most prestigious planning teams within a top 10 UK property firm. Based in Central London the consultancy is seeking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Planner or Senior Planner to work on a range of high profile, mainly mixed-use schemes within the capital. The consultancy works closely with developers, housing associations and local authorities and there would be the chance to work on some exciting complex and interesting schemes to further develop your skills as a planner.

Your duties will include:

• Managing applications through the development process
• Co-ordinating with external consultants within the development team
• Conducting site visits
• Providing expert pre-application and ongoing planning advice to clients
• Participating in public consultation events and attending meeting with clients

Ideally, you will be MRTPI (or working towards it) and will have at least two years’ worth of consultancy or London Borough experience – although strong development management experience from outside of the capital will be considered.
