Town/Senior Planner
Manchester
Upto £35k
My client is looking to recruit a skilled Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join their team and assist with the delivery of a range of exciting projects across the UK.
The Town Planner will join an established team where you will gain excellent exposure to all aspects of the planning process from providing initial advice to clients to sitting in on major clients meetings with the Planning Director.
You will be expected to use your planning knowledge to develop existing relationships with clients and foster new ones. The company also have projects in the Minerals and Waste, Infrastructure, Commercial and Leisure sectors where you will be given the chance to build on you current knowledge and gain experience in new fields.
The successful Town Planner will;
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have achieved an excellent academic record with a relevant degree and a post grad qualification in planning or a planning related discipline
- Have a minimum of 18 months experience within Planning - ideally within the private sector although those from local authorities with a commercial mindset would be encouraged to apply
- Be driven, motivated and passionate about planning and making a difference in your career
