Our client are a successful planning and development firm based just outside of Birmingham specialising in a range of residential and mixed use developments. Due to a period of growth, this established planning practice are seeking an Assistant or Town Planner to join their personable planning team.

Located within easy access to Central Birmingham, the successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work within the planning team to deliver excellent planning assistance to clients across the residential, mixed use, retail, commercial, and education sectors.

The ideal candidate will be a talented Town Planner with an RTPI Accredited planning qualification, with the vision to deliver bespoke planning solutions to both private and public sector clients.



The Role:

• Help to assist the team in delivering planning applications and appeals
• Attend site visits and appraisals
• Help to assess sites for development suitability
• Assist with Public Examinations & Committee meetings
• Work alongside the planning team to help deliver planning projects from inception to completion
