A Planning Consultancy based in the beautiful countryside of Oxfordshire are looking to expand the Planning division of their company. Currently required is a Town Planner with ideally a track record of working on a number of Residential projects. Being one of the most respected firms in country, they are able to offer fantastic scope and challenges in order to develop your career further.



To work alongside a Principal or Associate on residential based projects, the Town Planner will be expected to go through the whole planning process as well as liaising with the client with direction given from other members of staff. All work will be in line with RTPI legislation and you can also expect to receive full training. The role will allow you to work in various aspects of the market including Public Engagement, Appeals and Enquiries and will include both office and on site work.



The Town Planner will hold a relevant degree and post graduate qualification in a recognised discipline and demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills. Any commercial experience from the private sector will make you a front runner although applications from public sector roles will also be considered. The Town Planner will hold full membership of the RTPI or be in the process of doing so.
