Have you recently completed an MSc in Town Planning?
Do you have a strong understanding of Town & Country planning?
Are you looking for your first professional role with a House Builder?
We are recruiting for a National House Builder who is looking to appoint a Graduate Town Planner in their offices located in Newcastle.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Educated to MSc grade in Town Planning
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of the planning process
- Undertake local plan submission
- Site visits
- Manage and complete planning applications
