Penguin Recruitment are delighted to represent an established property firm with a national presence who are seeking a Senior Town Planner to join them in their offices located near Leamington Spa.

This successful firm work across the property, residential, architectural and agricultural sectors to offer expert planning advice to a range of housebuilders, developers, land promoters, local authorities and private companies within the region.

In order to apply for this role, you will be:

An experienced Senior Town Planner with 2+ years within the planning sector, preferably with private experience. You will hold an RTPI Accredited Degree, and an MSc in a relevant planning qualification.

The Role:

You will work alongside the planning team to successfully deliver planning applications and appeals, alongside attending site visits and assessing sites for development suitability. You will assist the planning team in attending public examinations, as well as offering neighbourhood and community planning services.
