Our client are an impressive, well established residential firm who are seeking a talented, motivated and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join their Newcastle offices.

Well respected within the North East region, this highly experienced firm provides a dedicated range of property services within Planning, Property and Land sectors, while covering a host of other exciting property related services within the region.

The company are looking for a resourceful Graduate Town Planner who is dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate to join a dynamic, vibrant team of planners at a company committed to providing excellent planning services within Newcastle. Duties will include:

• Assisting with planning applications
• Liaising with Local Authorities
• Working on planning appeals
• Engaging with neighbourhood bodies concerning development plans
• Gaining a comprehensive experience of the planning process, from application to development
