As the brain child of three highly respected Planning Directors, our aim is to break through the constraints that large institutions impose. This means delivering expert and influential planning advice whilst fostering, recognising and rewarding talent within a positive, productive and collaborative environment.

Based primarily within London and the South East, ROK's portfolio incorporates a broad range of developers and institutions within a diverse range of sectors. Currently advising on over 500,000sqm of land, no day is the same and a hands on, enthusiastic and accountable approach is encouraged at all levels.

We have ambitious growth plans and currently seek applications from Graduate - Senior Planner level candidates to support and facilitate an impressive and expanding pipeline of work. An interest in or experience in development planning is essential be it from the public or private sector. Robust academics and RTPI accredited qualification is essential as is the ability to approach planning from a commercial and innovative perspective.
