Associate Director - Town Planning

A global property consultancy is currently looking for an Associate Director to join the Planning team in their head office in London.

This consultancy is looking to recruit a planner who has previous experience working on residential schemes in London and the Home Counties: experience in mixed-use and town centre schemes, in addition to this, would be ideal.

An ideal candidate would:

• Have a Masters in Town Planning, or related discipline.
• Be a chartered member of the RTPI.
• Have at least 5 years post graduate industry experience.
• Have experience working in a consultancy.

A large part of the role would be negotiating with and working on behalf of clients and stakeholders. You must be client facing and have ambitions to build your own client base, if you have not started to do this already.
