Development Management Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity for Development Management Planning Officers to work at one of the most high profile, interesting and exciting Planning teams across the country.

The Council have some of the most diverse, compelling and engaging projects coming up over the foreseeable future and they require temporary Planning Officers to help them out with their varied caseload.

The authority are looking for Planning Officers with a range of experience and knowledge, to work from anywhere from Officer up to Principal level. They would ideally like some local authority Development Management experience and candidates will need a background in Town Planning and a related qualification.

The contracts are for initial periods of 3 and 6 months, but these are expected to extend beyond the initial anticipated duration.

Rates are dependent on experience and role, but they are flexible as to what rates are on offer.

All roles are inside IR35 as they are covering establishment posts.
