Job Details
I am currently working with a local authority based in Norfolk to find a Development Management Planning Officer to join an exciting team. The role will be for in initial 6 month contract, however there is scope to extend beyond this initial period should both parties be happy.
The role will be to deal with minor planning applications of up to 9 units.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of dealing with minor planning applications
- Experience of working as a planning officer within a local authority planning department
- A driving licence and access to a car
The authority are willing to negotiate a flexible working situation including a compressed working week and a pattern of home working.
The rate for this role is £28-£34/hr depending on experience.
