Town Planner | Leeds | National Consultancy
£22,000 to £35,000
A Town Planner is required by one of the leading planning consultancies in the UK. My client is specialising in a wide variety of major planning projects including Retail, Residential, Health care and education. With over a decades experience they are actively seeking a skilled Town Planner to join their dynamic and vibrant team in the Leeds office.
Alongside site appraisals you will be responsible for managing your own caseloads or planning applications and planning appeals. The town planner will be involved in key meetings with major clients and will have an excellent knowledge of local planning laws and regulations. You will become an integral member of a growing team, liaising with clients whilst leading/contributing to some the most challenging and rewarding Planning projects in the UK.
The Town Planner will have full RTPI membership or you will be looking at submitting your APC in coming months. A confident individual with a passion for all planning concepts is a necessity. Minimum of 2 years' experience alongside an expert knowledge of local planning legislation and regulations is essential.
