Job Details
Carrington West are representing this local authority client who are looking for a Senior Policy Planning to undertake an HMO Article 4 Survey task.
The ideal candidate will be able to commit for a minimum of six months and will be available immediately.
You will be required to contribute towards the preparation of strategies, policy and guidance to deliver new development, protect the natural and built environment, promote the climate change and sustainability agenda and raise design quality.
The candidate will also need to have access to their own car. Previous experience in conducting Article 4 Surveys is desirable.
