Our client is a nationwide town planning consultancy with offices throughout the UK. Our client has an excellent track record and an exceptional reputation for client service and advice. They are on the look out for a talented and qualified Planner / Senior Planner to join their excellent team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress in your career within a progressive consultancy. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors including commercial and residential.

As a Senior Planner your duties will include;

·         Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions

·         Supporting public sector work load

·         Engage in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients

·         Mentoring junior staff members

·         Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments

The ideal Senior Planner will have the following;

·         MRTPI qualification (Or actively working towards accreditation)

·         Town Planning experience

·         Excellent communication skills

·         A full UK drivers licence (Have access to own vehicle)
