Role: Associate Town Planner
Location: London
Salary: Competitive
My Client is an established Planning and Development Consultancy based in the London, who are looking for an experienced and talented Associate Town Planner to join their highly-skilled team of planning experts.
The duties of the role include:
- Shaping and assessing the case for development projects, including: determining planning strategies;
- Preparing planning applications, appeals and site appraisals;
- Development plan representations;
- Take a lead on providing advice and guidance on planning and land use to a variety of clients including leading house builders, developers, land promoters, investment institutions, retailers and other occupiers, as well as local planning authorities throughout all stages of the planning process.
