Job Details
Vivid are currently working with a local authority based in the North West of England to find a Major Applications Team Leader to join their team. The role will initially be on a 6 month contract with a possibility for extension should both parties be happy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of negotiating successful outcomes on major and very large scale (super-major) applications
- A track record of achievement in a managerial role in a Planning Development Management Environment
- The ability to motivate others to high performance
- Demonstrable excellent communication skills
