Infrastructure Planner

Must have:

Knowledge of S106 and the Planning process

Description:

To analyse, develop and report upon data from a wide range of sources to support strategic decision making and strategy development.

To provide detailed and high level briefings and reports to colleagues, senior managers and/or politicians, as and when required.

To provide flexible project management expertise and resources, as a key member of and/or lead role in project based teams in any of the service areas covered by the Directorate

To manage key data stores and specific tasks within a project, under the supervision of more senior officers in the team; interrogating data and producing high level reports to managers and other colleagues

To manage a complex workload of S106 obligations in terms of ensuring compliance, working with Council service areas (S106 knowledge required)
