As a Planner you can expect to be working on the top projects in Leeds City Centre and Yorkshire across a range of sectors including City Centre Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Land Promotion.

Working within a strong and balanced team you will be continually utilising and enhancing your skillset within the below responsibilities:

• Preparing and assisting on Planning Applications
• Submitting Planning Applications
• Writing site appraisals
• Supporting senior members of staff
• Welcoming increased responsibility across the business as your experience grows

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years experience
• Completed an RTPI accredited qualification
• Began work towards the completion of their APC
