Job Details
Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a Princpal Town Planner in Manchester to join an Award Winning housebuilder. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a well established residential developer and work on exciting projects across the North West.
You are required to have the following:
- MSc in Town Planning
- Minimum of 5 years Private sector experience
- Strong understanding of residential developments
- Excellent knowledge of the planning process
Responsibilities:
- Manage planning applications
- Assist in site acquisitions
- Attend external meetings
- Liaise with Local Authorities
- Submit local plans
You will join the existing Town Planning team in Manchester to assist in the delivery of residential developments across the UK. In addition you will receive very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your previous experience.
