Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Due to an increased workload, this established planning consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner to work out of their Bristol offices. The successful Town Planner can expect to take on a varied workload, preparing applications for land, residential and commercial developments.

Ideally candidates will have a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline and be MRTPI qualified although candidates working towards this will also be considered. A minimum of two years post-qualification town planning experience (within the private sector) is essential as it the ability to prepare high quality written reports.

Within the role the successful Town Planner will undertake site development appraisals, deliver expert planning advice to clients and prepare planning applications and appeals.
