Senior or Principal Town Planner | Multi-Disciplinary
Manchester
£30,000 to £40,000
Large Multi-Disciplinary are actively looking for a Senior Town Planner or Principal Town Planner to join their Town Planning and Environmental Division and work on a number of projects across the North West.
As a company they aim to offer all employees autonomy to express themselves in their chosen fields as well as making sure they are involved in projects that will stretch their technical knowledge. The projects will involve all areas of the planning process including helping to prepare complex planning applications as well as liaising with clients and other divisions on appeals and representing the client at hearings.
The Planner will ideally have experience in both the Public and more recently the Private Sector and show a track record in working on projects that have covered or have involved the North West region. In addition candidates will need to have a full understanding of Development Control and be able to work with minimal supervision.
You will hold 4-5 years' commercial experience in Town Planning and also hold a degree and master's that is RTPI recognised. Your experience can be from either the Public or Private sector as mentioned but experience in both would be ideal. In return you will be able to progress through the company as the client will always look to promote from within thus rewarding hard work and effort with opportunity.
