Are you an experienced Town Planner seeking new opportunities in South Wales?
Do you hold a background of mixed use developments and in particular the Care sector?
Can you demonstrate your understanding of Development Planning?
We are seeking a Development Manager in Cardiff to join a specialist Developer in the Care sector.
You will need to have:
- Masters in Town Planning or associated degree subject
- Have achieved MRTPI Status
- Hold strong understanding of the Planning process
- Knowledge of land acquisitions
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Architects and Local Authorities
- Source new Land opportunities
- Undertake acquisitions
- Complete Planning process
The role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your Town Planning career within a Developer setting. You will be exposed to career progression and have the chance to work on exciting care projects across the UK. In addition you shall receive a very competitive remuneration package to match your previous Planning experience.
