Senior/Associate Town Planner | London | Planning Consultancy

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be supporting one of the top Planning and Development Consultancies in the UK, with offices spanning across the country. They pride themselves in the efficient and effective manner in which they conduct business, while also maintaining an excellent quality of service.

They are looking for a talented Senior/Associate Town Planner with at least 7 years of experience working within a private planning consultancy or local authority. They must also hold a MRTPI or equivalent qualification, and have a general knowledge and understanding of the city of London and the surrounding area (not essential).

The role will involve the following duties:

• Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
• Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
• Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
• Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude with the drive to meet client expectations and promote the business through the use of marketing and networking skills.
